Guitars
Keaggy mostly plays three electric guitars. These would include a 71 Gibson Deluxe that was modified to have PRS and PAF pickups, a 64 Fender Strat, and a Strat-style Zion that has two Seymour Duncan humbuckers and a whammy bar.
His secondary guitars include a 1959 Gretsch Anniversary, and two other Flatline guitars. One of the Flatline guitars is a Delta 90 with a Tele-type pickup in the neck and a P-90 in the bridge, and the other guitar is a Vistaglide Custom with Gretsch-style pickups.
The main acoustic guitar that he uses is a 2004 Olson SJ Cutaway.
When Phil Keaggy does use a pick, he often uses Fender Medium-style teardrop picks.

Live Rig
When Keaggy performs locally, he uses a mid-60s Vox AC30 with Top Boost, which he usually combines with a 60s Fender Deluxe. When he performs on tour he usually borrows amps from friends.
His effects equipment consists of a custom built compressor, a Pedaltrain board with a Line 6 DL4 Delay Modeler, a Swell G-TOD overdrive, a Visual Sound Route 66 overdrive and compressor, a Tone Freak Abunai overdrive and a Franklin ProDrive.
As for pedals, he uses a TR-2 Tremolo, a CH-1 Super Chorus, an OC-2 Octave, a DC-2 Dimension, and a FV-60 volume pedal.
For his live solo performances, he typically uses a rack-mounted Lexicon JamMan and a DL-4 for looping. See the video below for an example of how he uses his looping rig for live performances.
